These Terms and Conditions apply to websites ("AV Website") managed by Arctic Vision Hong Kong Biotech Limited including its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "Arctic Vision").These Terms and Conditions do not apply to the following situations: AV Website that does not contain the links of these Terms and Conditions, or the third-party website linked through AV Website. You should abide by these Terms and Conditions and privacy policy while using AV Website.

On the premise of complying with applicable laws and without prejudice to your rights, Arctic Vision reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions to reflect technological progress, changes in laws and regulations and excellent business operation mode. If Arctic Vision changes the Terms and Conditions, we will reflect these changes in the updated version of the Terms and Conditions and update the effective date at the top of the Terms and Conditions for notice. You can read these terms in detail when browsing the AV Website. As long as you browse or use the AV Website, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the current version of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or are not satisfied with the AV Website, you should immediately stop using the AV Website.

You acknowledge and agree that:
1. Although we strive to provide the latest information about our products and services and other information about Arctic Vision on AV Website, we do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness and applicability of any information on AV Website. Each person shall bear all responsibilities and risks related to the use of the AV Website. Information is provided "as is" and there may be technical errors or typographical errors. Arctic Vision reserves the right to add, delete or modify the information on AV Website at any time without prior notice.
2. Arctic Vision makes no representations or warranties with respect to the information or content published on AV Website. Arctic Vision hereby disclaims any representations or warranties - whether express or implied, or in legal, contractual or other forms, including but not limited to any warranty of timeliness, applicability for a particular purpose, right or non-infringement. Under no circumstances will Arctic Vision be liable for any kind of damages caused by the existence or use of AV Website and / or the release of information or content on AV Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, as well as losses of profits, income, interests and goodwill, or data destruction or loss, or loss of interruption of the company's business - whether or not the Arctic Vision is aware of the possibility of such damage

Arctic Vision will not guarantee or responsible for the accuracy, validity, timeliness and applicability of the information or content of any third-party website (including any links from or into the third-party website).Unless otherwise notified on the website, Arctic Vision will not edit, review or otherwise control the content published by a third party on any bulletin board, chat room or other similar forums on AV Website. Such information should be treated with caution and Arctic Vision will not provide any guarantee for it.
4. Arctic Vision's website may contain forward-looking statements that reflect Arctic Vision's expectations for future activities or business development. Forward-looking statements contain risks and uncertainties. Your use

Unless specifically stated or agreed by Arctic Vision in advance, all users of AV Website will not establish any confidential relationship in all oral, written or electronic communications with Arctic Vision (such as feedback, questions, assessments, suggestions or opinions). If the AV Website requires or requests such information, but such information contains personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number and email address, etc.), Arctic Vision shall obtain, use and maintain such information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for the content or material of any Linked Site or any links contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to such Linked Sites. Unless otherwise provided by law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages caused by your use or failure to use AV Website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, We do not and will not assume any responsibility in any case even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages .You further agree that we shall not and will not be liable to you for any intimidation, slander, obscene, offensive or illegal acts of other users or any infringement of the rights of other persons (including intellectual property rights) that occur or appear in the AV Website.
4. Unless otherwise provided by law:
  1. We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense, including the loss of profits, business or goodwill caused by any problem you notify us, and
  2. In no case shall the total aggregate liability exceed one thousand HK Dollars (HK $1,000.00).
  3. You agree that any claim or action (whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the use of AV website or these Terms and Conditions shall not be brought more than one year after the cause of action related to the claim or action has occurred. If you have any dispute with Arctic vision or are dissatisfied with this platform, your only solution is to stop using this platform. Arctic vision has no other obligations, commitments or responsibilities to you.
  4. This clause takes effect independently. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, this clause applies to: breach of contract, breach of warranty, fault and tort (including negligence and misrepresentation), strict liability and any other reasons.
Termination
1. If you violate the above Terms and Conditions, we can immediately terminate your access to AV Website.
2. We may also exercise these rights in our sole discretion when we believe that it is in our best interests to refuse you to use the AV Website or provide services for you.
3. Any rights accrued by either party on the date of termination will remain enforceable after termination.
Force majeure
We will not be liable to you for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or bear any liability to you for any breach, obstruction or delay of the contract caused by any reason beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Strike, lockout or other industrial action;
- Mass disturbance, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation of war;
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters;
- Failure to use railways, ships, aircraft, cars or other public or private means of transport;
- No access to public or private telecommunications networks;
- Decrees, laws, regulations or acts restricting strikes, failures or accidents announced by any government, transportation, postal or other relevant transportation.

General provisions
1. You agree that these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Statement describe the entire agreement between you and Arctic Vision on the subject. These Terms and Conditions and all matters related to your access to and use of information in AV Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
3. Our failure at any time to require performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or such right. All waivers by us must be in writing. Unless the written waiver contains an express statement to the contrary, no waiver by us of any breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or of any right provided for herein shall be construed as a waiver of any continuing or succeeding breach of such provision, a waiver of the provision itself, or a waiver of any right under these Terms and Conditions.
4. The original Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions has been translated into English. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
